June 16, 2004

Ed Martin for Prophecy21.com: This is the only date you're doing withMotograter right?
Max Illidge Vocalist for 40 Below Summer: Yup.

P21: What are you're plans for after this?
MI: We're not sure yet.

P21: When do you guys plan to start writing the new album?
MI: We already have.

P21: Will you begin recording soon?
MI: No, we just started writing.

P21: Last time we talked you guys we're planning on covering an AlanisMorissette song what's been going on with that?
MI: We have no exact plans to cover anything yet, but we're definitelytossing around some ideas.

P21: I know you guys have been wanting to go out with Slipknot is thereanything in the works for you guys to go out with them on this tour?
MI: I don't know, that's something that you'd have to ask them.

P21: How did you guys come up with the concept for the Self Medicate video?
MI: We didn't, the video director did.

P21: Did you like it?
MI: It was pretty good. It was definitely an interesting concept. It wastotally different then most of what's out there now.

P21: How'd the shoot for it go?
MI: It was kind of torturous, long day. Definitely not enjoyable.

P21: How did your last tour with Ill Nino and Flaw go?
MI: It was great. It was phenomenal.

P21: We're there any shows on that tour that really stuck out in your mindas a really good show?
MI: The Worcester, Mass show was really good and the show here was reallygood also. I would say that those were probably the most stand out shows onthat tour for the size of the crowds and the intensity.

P21: Do you guys have any plans to release a DVD in the future?
MI: We'd like to, but we don't have any plans as of right now.

P21: Now that you guys have played Starland a few times how do you like itcompared to Birch Hill?
MI: Well I mean it's like anything else, it doesn't have the history ofBirch Hill. It doesn't have that vibe yet, but it's a really nice club, itsounds a lot better then Birch Hill did and definitely looks a lot better onstage with the lights and everything. But like with anything you getattached to an old place like the Birch Hill and you have to take time toget used to the new places.

P21: What have you been listening to lately?
MI: Not much actually. I've been listening to the new Candiria stuff whichis phenomenal. I've been listening to the new Killswitch record. Thenewest A Perfect Circle record I've been listening to that, it hasn't leftmy CD player since it came out. Actually, I really like the new Slipknotrecord. I know a lot of people are talking a lot of trash about it sayingit sounds like Stone Sour. I think its amazing, it's like Slipknot meetsthe Beatles. It's a great record.

P21: What have you been doing with your time off of the road?
MI: I've been trying to catch up on some rest and relaxation, don't get toomuch of that on the road. That, and just trying to write new songs.

P21: Do you still work another job when you're at home?
MI: No, I have a recording studio. I'll record other bands to make money.

P21: Thanks, is there anything that you want to add?
MI: Just much props to Prophecy21.com, I've known Adam for a long time. Hetakes great pictures.
